Refund policy


We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Items returned that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued if an item arrives faulty or damaged, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.
Please note: Due to the nature of swimwear, items that have been worn, washed or used are not eligible for return. 
Stretching or changes in fit due to wear, washing or care methods (including drying methods) are considered normal wear and tear and are not deemed a manufacturing fault.
For best fit and longevity, please follow the care instructions provided on the garment. 


Returns & Exchanges
We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
•    Unworn
•    Unwashed
•    Hygiene sticker intact
•    Tags attached and in original condition
For hygiene reasons, refunds are not offered on swimwear unless the item is faulty. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If you need a different size, please message us via live chat or our contact page and we’ll be happy to help.

 

International Orders

Due to the cost of international shipping, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on international orders for change of mind, incorrect sizing or preference.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact is within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
